Notes from the Autumn / 26 selection

The opening selection brings Sable, Quartz and Hailie together. They use different outlines: a rounded drop, a faceted band and a line of close-set links. Keeping the group to three makes it easier to compare those shapes in the first view of the shop.

We photographed the pieces against the same background and kept the material notes beside the prices. The images do different jobs. The earring needs a clear view of the post; the ring needs an angle that shows the inside; the chain needs enough length in the frame to explain its links.

The rest of the collection remains in the catalogue. A seasonal selection does not need to suggest that earlier pieces have disappeared. It is a way to introduce the range before visitors choose a category or search for a particular name.
